Calendar feeds, data export and the API

Your inspections in your calendar, your data always yours.

Visit calendar feed

  1. Open Settings > My profile > Visit calendar feed and choose Create feed link.
  2. Subscribe in Google Calendar (Other calendars + > From URL), Outlook (Add calendar > Subscribe from web) or Apple Calendar (File > New Calendar Subscription).
  3. Your booked inspections appear and stay in sync. Reset link cuts off old links; Turn off removes the feed.

Data export

Admins can download everything the practice owns at any time: Settings > Templates & data > Export all data produces one zip of every table as JSON and CSV plus a listing of every stored file. Your data is yours; run it whenever you like.

API access

For firms that connect their own tools: admins can create read-only API keys under Settings > Templates & data > API access. Jobs, clients and invoices as JSON, documented at the key creation screen.
