Delivering the report to your client

A branded page in your colours; links you can kill at any time; every send logged.

  1. On a released job’s Report tab, choose Create client link: a page in your branding where the client downloads the final report. Send the link however you like.
  2. Or choose Email report to client: the app emails a branded message (from “Your Practice via Valorem”, replies to your practice email) linking the same page.
  3. Emails for this job shows every send with live delivery status: sent, delivered, or bounced with the reason.
  4. Revoke link kills the page and every emailed link instantly; creating a new link starts fresh.
Tip. The download behind the client page is regenerated securely on every visit, so the page link is the only thing your client ever needs to keep.
